WHY:
Valley Bureau Homicide Detectives are asking the public’s help for information identifying and locating the suspects in a deadly shooting which occurred on May 9, 2013, in the 15200 block of Vanowen Street. Detectives will be discussing the case and announcing a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s). The family of Kenneth Fulks will be speaking to the media and announcing a newly erected billboard asking for the public’s help to solve Mr. Fulks’ murder.
