Victim Found Dead In His Vehicle; Detectives Seek Clues

Los Angeles- Harbor Area Homicide Detectives are requesting the public’s help in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for the death of 63 year-old James Mayer.
On Sunday, July 04, 2004, at about 1:30 a.m., Mayer was found dead in the front seat of his vehicle that was parked in the 120 block of 252nd Street.
Detectives believe this incident is possibly gang related.
