Los Angeles: On Saturday, January 5, 2002 at approximately 2:30 p.m., unknown suspect(s) burglarized to cars parked near the Panda Restaurant which is located at 2828 S. Figueroa Street in Southwest Division. The suspects smashed the windows of a white Nissan Xterra sport utility vehicle and took One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000). The suspects then broke the windows to a blue Mercedes-Benz 320 sedan, and took approximately Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00).
The victim of these burglaries is offering a substantial reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible.
