Why:
Earlier this morning 31-year-old, Suzanna Ortiz the mother of five was kidnapped from her home located in the 1800 block of Cesar Chavez Avenue. The suspect, Enrique Reyes a 27 year-old male Hispanic arrived at her home pistol whipped her and took her by force. Reyes and the victim were last seen driving away in a 2001 Chevy Tahoe or Suburban license plate 5HPM665.
Detectives will give an update on developments and request the public’s assistance in the investigation.
