Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department and Newton Division will host a candlelight vigil for slain Police Officer Ricardo Lizarraga. On Friday, February 20, 2004, Officer Lizarraga and his partner responded to a Domestic Violence radio call. During the course of their investigation Officer Lizarraga was fatally wounded during a gun battle. Kenrick William Johnson was arrested for 187 (A) P.C. Murder.
